Downloading Instructions
   

To download,"Right mouse click" the links below that say AYID_sample1.pdf and Table_of_Contents.pdf You'll see a menu like the one to the left open up.  In Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target As..." and download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose "Save Link As..").   You only need to download one copy of each file.
